On-line store order delivery

On-line store outsourcing implies close cooperation with the delivery service. Service "Logistic management" provided by ProStore company is an opportunity for the on-line store to implement prompt changes in the operations between the store and the carrier company — the ProStore partner which may be required for timely delivery of on-line orders to customers. 

The service includes:

  1. transfer of information about the order to a logistics or courier service
  2. arranging order picking from the ProStore warehouse
  3. tracking the changes in order statuses
  4. solving emergency situations
  5. revising terms and dates of delivery at the recipient's request
  6. information support for on-line store buyers waiting for delivery
  7. handling customers' claims regarding delivery
  8. receiving compensation from logistic services

Terms of delivery by couriers, to automated pickpoints and order pickup locations (OPL)

in Moscow and the Moscow region/St. Petersburg (within 15 km from Moscow MKAD Ring Road) 

  • Order delivery for on-line stores in Moscow and St. Petersburg takes place the next day, Monday through Friday, 09:00 a.m. to 09:00 p.m. within a 3-hours.
  • Order delivery on Saturday or outside the Moscow MKAD or KAD Ring Roads (no more than 15 km from Moscow MKAD/KAD Ring Roads) takes place 10:00 a.m. to 06:00 p.m., no more limited delivery time interval specified;
  • To give the Customer an opportunity to try on or check the order, the delivery service Courier stays with the Customer for 15 minutes upon delivery;
  • Order delivery includes cash services, handling payment in cash or by plastic payment cards, if required;

In regions

  • Order delivery for on-line stores is carried out according to terms and conditions of logistics and courier services chosen by the on-line store
  • Tariffs and terms of order delivery for on-line stores should be clarified with the ProStore manager over the phone  +7 (499) 653-82-95 or to the address  info@prostore.pro;
  • After the order arrives in the city of destination, the Manager contacts the Recipient and arranges convenient delivery time;
  • Partial return is available;
  • Delivery of on-line orders to regions is carried out on weekdays 06:00 p.m. to 09:00 p.m.
